You will be transferred to a dedicated receptionist who will be able to take your details, a clinical history and arrange an experienced veterinary surgeon to be on the way to you as soon as possible. A rough estimated time of arrival will be given and the veterinary surgeon will call you when they are en route to offer any immediate advice or help where necessary.
